We’re off to a busy start to the year – and excited to introduce three new enhancements to our Envestnet | Tamarac Reporting® capabilities. In our regular “What’s New from Tamarac” series, we highlight the latest innovations that support your relationships with clients and, ultimately, your financial wellness offering. As your industry-leading tech partner, we’re committed to increasing the efficiency of your practice through a culture of innovation and service.
Here’s a look at three enhancements from Tamarac Reporting:
1. Enhanced performance history
To make it easier for you to locate what you need on the Performance History template, we’ve made some changes. In the past, some column subtotals were intentionally blank due to data constraints. Now, you’ll see more detail around subtotals.
The “Start Value” and “End Value” subtotal rows now illustrate the actual value at the start and the end of the period. And the “Total Return” and “Category Return” subtotals now reflect returns for the full date period.
2. Improved digital account opening process
When it comes to opening new client accounts, the amount of paperwork can be incredibly time-consuming for many advisors – often leaving you open to data entry errors. That’s why we’ve added the “Start New Form” action to our dashboard, available for firms using the Fidelity Wealthscape™ platform.
With “Start New Forms,” you can pre-populate fields in account opening forms by merely accessing client and household data from Tamarac. This enhancement saves you the time it takes to enter information manually.
3. A more unified portal experience
We understand how important it is to help your clients access their account information as seamlessly as possible – and whenever they need it. You can now provide a more unified portal experience with single sign-on access between Tamarac and MoneyGuide.
Once single sign-on is enabled, your clients can access the MoneyGuide Play Zone® by simply clicking “MoneyGuide” under the Tamarac client portal profile menu.
